1. Hiking at Dodge Nature Center is one of my most favorite things to do.  The kids love it.

2. Picking an apple off a tree and eating it is one of Christian and Victoria's most favorite things to do.

3. A parent SHOULD know better than to yell at the teacher at the beginning of a school day - let alone in front of students.

4. I need to learn how to let negative things, crazy people say about me, go. 

5. I love my job very much and every student in my class - despite the crazy parents.

6. Only Kaye & Em can actually make me drop from shopping!  It was a great time - but so exhausting.

7. Sketchers really do have fabulous walking shoes!

8. I should not drink and text. period. ever.

9. I love the fact that my brother in law is dating my cousin.

10. I am so excited to go to Mexico I can't believe it.  However, I'm worried it will rain and I'm worried about H1N1.  Mark read schools are closing down there because of it.  I'm forcing myself to believe the resorts will be cleaner now than ever!

* If it wasn't for Mama Jeanne we wouldn't even be able to go.  A super huge Thank you in advance to the crazy six days you will endure so we can relax. 

11. Sending Victoria to preschool is one of the best decisions of my life.  She loves school and especially her teacher.  She was asked to help pass out snack last Tues.  I love when I ask her what the teacher said to her.  She tells me in this sweet little voice using all the manners that the teacher did: "Would you like to help me pass out snack Victoria?"  She remembers the title of the story everyday.  She had her first picture day ever last week.  I took her there in the morning.  I had bought her a new outfit just for the occasion.  She was like a little pro.!  It was practically embarrasing how she posed perfectly!  (Just kidding - I loved every minute of it!)

12. Christian is growing up so fast!  In the last month he (finally) quit throwing food when he's done eating.  I guess those time outs in the middle of dinner were worth the effort!  He now ASKS to have a story read several times!  He sits still for up to three stories at a time.  He can run fast - although it's on his tip toes.  I think this is one of the most endearing qualities ever!  I love it. His smile can light up a room.

13.  I don't know what we'd do without Auntie Sandy.  Seriously, what would we do?!?

14. Victoria is in love with decorating for holidays!  She's rearranging the Halloween decorations daily.  She is going to LOVE the Halloween party on Saturday! 

15. Mini golf and Christian don't mix.  (This is not shocking.)

16. Mark can push 90 pounds worth of double stroller and two small children through the forest on a steep and very narrow trail.  It was all worth it - that's when we all got to see three deer!

17. I will not hold the craziness of a parent against the student - EVER!

18.  Even when a student hits me, I still like her.

19.  That student is lucky:-)

20.  I love fall TV!

21. I was reminded at how supportive my friends at school are - especially on a bad day (week).

22. It is taking a lot of caffiene to get me through the days. . .

23. I'm so glad Ted and Hollis are expecting a baby in April!!!!  Walker is going to be a big brother!
